How to Edit the Amazon Reports Language?

Feedvisor uses multiple Amazon reports in order to populate information on your dashboard.

For Amazon storefronts in general, and European storefronts especially, Reports that are generated in any language other than English, are not supported due to special characters.

In order to ensure smooth operation of Reporting from Amazon to Feedvisor, the Reports Language should be set to English.

How to set the Amazon Reports language

1. Go to Settings in your seller account
2. Click Account Info
3. In the Business Information section, click Language for feed processing report (may also appear as “Upload Data Processing Report Language”)
4. Select English (US)
5. Click Submit

Set the Language to English (US) and click Update.
