How Can I Add a New User?

Feedvisor currently supports four types of users:

1. Administrative User: This user type has full access to all the Sections and tabs of the storefront and its data within Feedvisor:
   
   
   
2. Restricted user: This user type does not have access to the following parts of the Dashboard:
   Executive Summary, Analytics, Insights, and Advertising tabs and their sub-tabs.
   This permission level allows a user to take actions in Feedvisor and view Analytics on an item level only (via the Repricer tab -> Product slider) without the ability to see aggregated data (e.g., the total account performance, such as sales and profit).
   Note: this user does not have access to view billing details.
   
   
   
3. View only: This user has Read-Only access to all the tabs the Administrative user has (except for the Settings tab) and has access to download existing reports.
   This permission level doesn't allow users to edit any part of the Feedvisor dashboard.
   Note: This user cannot access the Settings tab; thus, there is no access to view billing details.
   
4. Operational user: This user has access to most tabs but not to the Executive Summary and Analytical sub-tabs of Key Metrics, Performance, Profitability, and Returns tabs in the Dashboard.
   Note: this user does not have access to view billing details.
   
   

In order to add a new user to your account, please open a support case with the following information:

1. The new user’s full name
2. The new user’s email address
3. Which storefronts do you wish the new user to have access to
4. The permissions level based on the options above
