Inventory & Listings Results File Explained

How to download the Results File?

After Importing an Inventory & Listings configuration file, you should download the results file to check for any warnings or errors that might have come up.

The file is located at the right side of each import log.
Navigate to the tabs of Data -> Import and click on "Download File" to fetch the results file.

Results File comments Breakdown

The results file is a .CSV file that is composed of the SKU, a Success/Failure column, and comments (in case there was an issue, error, or warning)

Errors

The errors below are blocking you from uploading this file and should be corrected in the file prior to uploading

Common validations
Fulfillment Channel	Please only use values FBM OR FBA
Floor price	Can't be less than or equal to 0
Ceiling price	Can't be less than or equal to 0
Ceiling price	Can't be lower than or equal to floor price
Shipping Cost	Cannot Be Negative
Desired Profit	% can't be less than 0.00
VAT	% should be between 0.00% and 99.00%
Additional Selling Costs ($)	Must be equal or greater than 0.00
Reprice	Use values from the drop-down menu. (Reprice: Yes, No)
Floor price	can't be empty if you want to enable repricing
Ceiling price	can't be empty if you want to reprice
Repricing value must be empty when the method is Buy Box Optimization	Please enter a dash (-) and click Enter to delete the value (even if the cell is currently empty)

Duplicate/Additional Columns
Line is malformed, please use an exported file Too many entries: expected at most 25 (value #25 (10 chars) "ERROR:#N/A")
Something wrong happened, please consult support	Unknown error, Please contact [e-mail]

Multi-Channel Listings Configuration only:
Dependent Listing Storefront Name	is empty / incorrect / missing permissions
Dependent Listing	ASIN can't be empty
Dependent Listing	SKU can't be empty
Dependent Listing Fulfillment Channel	Please use values from the drop-down menu: FBM, FBA
Dependent Listing Price Change	% can't be empty

Amazon Listings Configuration only:
Seller SKU	Cannot be blank/empty
MAP	price can't be less than or equal to 0
Note: MAP price is activated by inputting a value in this field
Business price	Can contain 6 rows at most
Business price	Quantity must be bigger than 0
Business price	Percentage must be between 0 and 100
Start Date	Cannot be after end date / On Sale dates

Sale Columns
On Sale	Must have both Start date and end dates (when repricing is on)
Cannot set repricing method if repricing is not set to Yes
Target Velocity	Repricing method value cannot be less than 0
Target velocity	When changing from Target velocity to buy box optimization, the Target velocity should be replaced with "-"
Liquidation:	Date Format must be mm/DD/yyyy
Fixed Price repricing	Method value cannot be less than or equal to 0
Repricing method	value cannot be empty on Liquidation, Fixed Price or Velocity
Business Pricing:	Cannot set discount (%) without tier lower bound
Business Pricing:	Cannot set tier lower bound without discount (%)
Business Pricing:	Business price fields should be filled in order, tier X should be properly filled
