How to Set up Dependent Repricing for Your Walmart Storefront?

Dependent pricing means that the Amazon listing will act as an anchor and we will reprice the Walmart listing according to Amazon listing price.

You can decide What is the percentage difference you want your Walmart listing to present, compared to your Amazon listing.

If you have listings that exist on Walmart and not on Amazon, you won't be able to reprice it using an Amazon Anchor listing, but you can always use the Fixed Price option for the Walmart listing.

Execute the following steps to Set up Dependent Repricing:

• Go to your Walmart storefront Dashboard
• Set up repricing in bulk
• Update Items Costs in the Inventory Tab
• Update Items Price Ranges
• Update Items Dependent Listings
• Enable Repricing
• Import the file back through the import tab

Go to your Walmart storefront Dashboard

Once you created your Walmart storefront - select it in the right drop-down menu on your dashboard.

Set up repricing in bulk

1. Click on the Data tab.
2. Select 'Inventory & Listings configuration’ under Type of File.
3. Select 'All' under Fulfillment.
4. Click Export Request.

Update Items Costs in the Inventory Tab

Update Items Price Ranges

Update floor and ceiling price

Update Items Dependent Listings

Column U: Dependant Listing Storefront Name – Which Amazon storefront will the leading listing be in?
The storefront name is the name you see on your dashboard dropdown:

Column W: Dependent Listing ASIN – What is the Asin of the master’s listing?

Column X: Dependent Listing SKU - What is the SKU of the master’s listing?

Column Y: Dependent Listing Fulfillment Channel - What is the fulfillment channel of the master’s listing?

Column Z: Dependant Listing Price Change (%) – What is the % difference you want you Walmart listing to present compared to your Amazon listing (0% means the same price)

Enable Repricing and Import

Update Column M with “yes” for items you want us to start repricing.

Import the file back through the import tab

1. Click on the Data Tab.
2. Click on the Import Tab.
3. Select 'Inventory & Listings configuration’ under Type of File.
4. Click Browse, locate your file.
5. Click Upload.

Analyze and monitor your Walmart business using the dedicated dashboard and sales performance

Clicking on the Analytics -> Insights sub-tab will lead you to the dashboard.

From there, you can click on a single item and the Product Slider will appear.

Setup dependent repricing individually via the Slider

1. Choose a listing and open the Slider

2. Under Listing, update the Floor Price and Ceiling Price

3. Under Price, select the dependent storefront

4. Click on Suggest a reference listing for me or search for an ASIN/SKU

5. Define the dependent listing price change %
